The afternoon begins with a sparkling welcome — a glass of fizz in hand as you settle into the cosy charm of Sprigs Co’s restaurant at Pythouse Kitchen Garden. Guests will gather around a generous long table, warmed by the comforts of winter and perfectly set for feasting.

From there, enjoy a thoughtfully curated selection of wines, each expertly paired with seasonal, locally sourced sharing plates created by Sprigs Co.

Guided by the knowledgeable team from Yapp Brothers, you’ll explore how wine and food work in harmony — learning which grape varieties complement different flavours, how to balance acidity and richness, and how to read and understand a wine label. Along the way, you’ll share tasting notes, insights, and practical tips for choosing and pairing wines at home.

Expect a cheerful, lively atmosphere filled with conversation, laughter, and discovery — a celebration of great wine, exceptional produce, and the simple pleasure of sharing delicious food together.

Places: £95 per person including food, four wines and non-alcoholic drinks

Wine: You will learn about four different wines 

Booking closes: 1 week before event, allowing time to prepare
