The afternoon begins with a sparkling welcome — a glass in hand as you settle into the charm of Sprigs Co’s cosy restaurant, Pythouse Kitchen Garden, surrounded by the warmth and comfort of a winter setting on a long table perfect for feasting. From there, embark on a journey through a carefully curated selection of wines, each thoughtfully paired with seasonal, locally sourced sharing plates crafted by the Sprigs Co. 

Guided by the experts from Yapp Brothers, you’ll explore how wine and food work in harmony — discovering which grapes complement which flavours, how to balance acidity and richness, and the subtle art of reading and understanding a wine label. Along the way, you’ll share tasting notes and insider tips on how to choose and pair wines at home.

 Expect a cheerful, lively atmosphere filled with conversation, laughter, and discovery. A celebration of great wine, exceptional produce, and the simple joy of sharing delicious food in good company.
