Join Lulu Adams in the beautiful surroundings of Pythouse Kitchen Garden for an inspiring morning dedicated to Women’s Wellbeing, focusing on female strength, alignment and body awareness.
This bespoke workshop is designed to help women deepen their relationship with, and understanding of, their bodies. Lulu will explore how the core, posture, breath and pelvic floor work together to support movement, confidence and long-term wellbeing.
With her extensive experience in women’s fitness, motherhood and post-partum recovery, Lulu will share practical insights into the female body, alignment awareness and the role of the pelvic floor within the wider muscular system. Through gentle assessments and simple movement tools, you’ll learn how small changes can improve the way your body feels, moves and performs — tools you can carry into everyday life.
Whether you are returning to exercise, looking to enhance your physical wellbeing or simply seeking a deeper connection to your body, you’ll leave feeling informed, empowered and inspired.
Following the workshop, we invite you to spend a restorative hour in our Walled Garden Wellbeing sanctuary. Relax and restore with the warmth of our wood-fired sauna, an invigorating cold plunge and the healing benefits of contrast therapy, surrounded by centuries-old greenery.
After time to refresh, we will gather in the restaurant for a beautiful seasonal three-course Michelin Green Star lunch with Lulu — an opportunity to connect, reflect and continue the conversation around women’s wellbeing.
DETAILS & BOOKINGS
Date: Thursday 11th June 2026
Places: £95 per person, including coffee and pastries on arrival, a three-hour workshop and a delicious ‘Eat The Plot’ three-course Michelin Green Star lunch
Timings: Please arrive from 9.30am for coffee and pastries. The workshop begins promptly at 10am. Workshop and sauna 10.00am–1.00pm / Lunch 1.00–2.30pm
Maximum number: 8 places available
Booking closes: 1 week before the workshop, allowing time to prepare materials
Notes: This workshop will take place outdoors in the Pythouse Kitchen Garden under our garden canopy. Warm showers will be available after the sauna so you can freshen up before lunch in the restaurant
What to bring for Lulu’s class: This session takes place outside under a canopy, so please wear comfortable layers suitable for the weather
What to bring for the sauna: Two towels, swimwear, a water bottle, outdoor shoes, comfortable clothes and something suitable to wear to lunch in the restaurant
