The Joy of a Winter Garden Workshop
Thursday 26th February, 10am with a delicious three-course lunch at 1pm.
Join us for a half-day workshop focusing on winter Medicinal Herbalism, hosted by the expert gardening team at Sprigs Co, Pythouse Kitchen Garden.
The Winter Garden Workshop focuses on Medicinal Herbalism, with a hands-on harvest of hardy herbs, an introduction to herbalism with resident expert Jordana Wakelin, followed by a session in which you will prepare and bottle your own cough syrup. Learn how our garden team put nature first while maintaining a productive and beautiful garden.
This is a great opportunity to reconnect with nature and learn some unique skills and new uses for produce from your own growing space. Together, we’ll share our expertise, experience, and love of gardening in a beautiful and enriching setting.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes early in order to start promptly at 10am
Places: £105 per person including coffee/pastries and a delicious set three-course Michelin Green starred lunch & gift from the garden.

Bookings close 3 days before workshop, allowing time to prepare.
Terms of cancellation: 1 week cancellation time for a full refund.
Notes: This workshop will go ahead whatever the weather. Please wear sturdy outdoor gear, bring wet weather attire including hat and boots if wet and your own gloves & secateurs.
