Fermentation For Gut Health Workshop

With Rachel de Thample

Thursday 16th October (including a wonderful Michelin Green Star lunch)

We are so thrilled to announce this exciting opportunity to work with Rachel de Thample, a renowned expert in her field, at Pythouse Kitchen Garden. We warmly invite you to take part in this unique occasion and learn how to boost your immunity with a whirlwind of delicious fermented treats, many of which you’ll be making on the day to take home.

Making and eating fermented foods is one of the best things you can do to boost your gut health. Fermentation is also a brilliant way to preserve food and add flavour to dishes. Join award-winning author and fermentation expert, Rachel de Thample, for a delicious, inspiring day making sauerkraut and kimchi using ingredients gathered from the garden, as well as fermenting chillis, to make an incredible homemade chilli sauce. You’ll also learn how to make a jammy ferment with fruit, kombucha, homemade apple cider vinegar and local honey.
